Jeff Rechtzigel is vice president and general manager of the retail supply chain group at Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT), which operates the world’s largest marketplace platforms for surplus assets, with over $10 billion in completed transactions to more than 5 million buyers and 15,000 corporate and government sellers worldwide. Jeff’s focus is on providing value to customers through the delivery of innovative reverse supply chain solutions, working with the world’s largest retailers and consumer brands. Prior to joining Liquidity Services, Jeff was vice president of supply chain operations at Random House, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern University. A frequent public speaker with numerous media appearances including the Today Show, CBS Morning News, and NPR, Jeff has two children, enjoys hiking with his wife and Golden Retriever, reading, cooking, and playing golf and basketball.
